General consensus is for an extended period of cold weather this spring, the scope of which has not been seen for many years. The prolonged forecast is rain today followed by a lengthy stretch of unseasonable weather. Efforts, including the use of black sand, are being implemented to melt ice and create openings on all green surfaces. This winter’s extended hold on spring is summarized below in a series of pictures and graphs.
